Wall Street Journal - Weekend Addition

The Wall Street Journal celebrated the launch of their newly created Weekend Edition with an after-work social hour.

 

The environment presented vignettes featuring parts of the weekend that reflected sections of paper, (outdoors in the park, a day at the beach, social gatherings in the City, etc).

The highly theatrical approach succeeded in pulling together seemingly disparate venues into a consistent umbrella making the afternoon feel like one big party.
